My mom has a garden so obviously she has butt-loads of tomatoes. She sets these tomatoes on the counter and they usually are eaten pretty quickly. However, the recent onslaught of tomatoes has made it difficult to use them quickly. This has lead to some pretty interesting tomatoes.
