Year of Tate: March Highlights

Here's a recap of my favorite March moments:

Year of Tate: Day 90

Tate has been binki-less for the past few weeks.  He done surprisingly well.  He will ask for one if he sees himself with one in a picture but other than that we haven't had any issues.

Today, he was playing in his room and he came out, so pleased with himself, like this:

This is a binki we tried to get him to use early on but he hated it and would only chew on the plastic parts.  It ended up in his toy box and has been in there, untouched, for the past year...until today.

Year of Tate: Day 85

Tate has two new loves...the iPad and sitting in the cabinet.

Year of Tate: Day 84

Oh, man.  Tate loves the KitchenAid.  He has to sit next to it "helping" by putting his hand on top while it kneads our bread.

Year of Tate: Day 83

Today was such a nice day.  Tate and I spent the morning at an appointment and because he was so good we decided to go to a park.

Tate's favorite things: warm days, parks and his rainbow jacket.

We went to the zoo today.  I let Tate walk the entire time.  He was so tired by the end that he didn't even complain about getting in the car.

March 15, 2014

We got an iPad for Christmas.  It has pretty much turned into a play thing for Tate.  When we first got the iPad, it constantly frustrated Tate because he couldn't make anything work.  Now, he can choose different games, play the games and even use the Netflix app to turn on a movie.

March 14, 2014

Tate started the day by doing this:

He was pretty proud of himself.  He kept pointing and clapping and laughing.  I was not as excited. Luckily, it was washable crayon and it came of super easy.

He made up for it though by helping me sweep.

 Unfortunately, he's not very good at sweeping.

Year of Tate: Day 72

March 13, 2014

Tate slept 12 hours last night!  And woke up in such a good mood.

Tate loves being outside.  I think he'd stay outside all day if I let him.  If we had a fenced yard, I might even consider letting him stay outside all day.

I'm not sure who this little girl is but she thought Tate was the shiz...because he is.

Tate spent the afternoon with my grandparents today.  He found these glasses and thought he was the coolest.

 Also, he is obsessed with the rainbow jacket he's wearing.  We're talking pull-it-out-of-the-dirty-laundry, try-to-get-it-out-of-the-dryer-before-it's-dry, insists-on-keeping-it-on-all-day-even-in-the-house kind of love.
